Safety & Hygiene
We have made it our top priority here at TM DONE to provide our customers with the safest delivery possible at all times. Our safety measures include:
  • Daily temperature checks of all our drivers, before & after each shift
  • Wearing masks at all times
  • Changing gloves for each order & as often as needed
  • Our drivers wash & sanitize their hands before collecting each order & as often as needed - All bags are cleaned & sanitized before & after each delivery
  • Contactless delivery
All orders are packed by the restaurant you order from.

Delivery
Our drivers start delivering orders from 7am until 1am everyday of the week. However, each restaurant/store operates at different times. Stores that are not open will be labeled as “Closed” & will be moved to the bottom of the list.
Since we aim to provide you with the fastest delivery, to ensure that your food is delivered to you in the highest quality possible. The area you are ordering from might be out of the delivery zone of that particular restaurant. We are working to expand our delivery zones.
We’re sorry to hear that you’ve had a bad experience with one of our drivers. Please contact our customer service team & provide them with all the details, they will be happy to assist you.

Promo Code
Using our Promo Code is really simple. Once you have placed your order, head out to the checkout page:
  • Scroll down to the “Payment Summary”
  • Enter your Promo Code, without any spaces, then hit “APPLY” Your total amount will automatically be discounted. Please note that you must enter the Promo Code exactly as it was given to you, just like passwords Caps Lock does matter.
Don’t worry, we got you covered! If your order gets cancelled you will be able to use the Promo Code again.
Wait, you won’t use it as soon as you get it? The duration of the Promo Code varies, but our team will surely inform you of the expiry date upon receiving it.
Wouldn’t that be fun?! Unfortunately no, each Promo Code is valid for one use only. Sorry…
They must be really special if you want to give them your Promo Code. Yes, you can share your Promo Code with a friend if you’d like. However, once the Promo Code has been used it cannot be used again. This is an important decision.. Choose wisely.

  • Select the cuisine/Scroll through the list
  • Select a Restaurant/Store
  • Add items to your cart
  • Select “View Cart”
  • Select “Checkout”
  • Confirm your address
  • Select the delivery time
  • Add in your delivery notes (Optional)
  • Select your payment method
  • And you’re Done!
  • Yes, of course. However, by the time we explain how, your order would’ve arrived. Please find below the steps if you’d still like to know how: Option 1:
    • Once you’ve placed your order, you can select “Track Order” on the pop-up message
    Option 2:
    • Select the shopping bag icon at the bottom of the app
    • Select “Track Order” on your current order
    • Select the map to track your order
    Please note: you can only start tracking your order once the driver has picked up the order from the store.

    We’d love to hear your feedback! You can rate your order once the order has been delivered. - Go to the shopping bag icon at the bottom of the app - Select “Past”, to get the list of all your past orders - Select “Rate Order” on the order you’d like to rate
    Yes, you can schedule your orders before you checkout.
    Unfortunately, at this time you cannot change the time & date of your scheduled order. Please feel free to cancel the order & reorder it. For further assistance, please contact our customer service team.
    Once you’ve registered for an account with a certain phone number it cannot be changed. You must create a new account with the new number.
    Try jogging your memory, maybe you wrote it down in your notes? If not, simply click “Forgot my password” to reset it.
    As many as you’d like! We do not have a limit on the number of addresses you can save.

    TM DONE Credit:
    What a great question! TM DONE Credit is a simple digital payment format available only on the TM DONE app. TM DONE Credit can be used to pay for your orders.
    Congrats, you have TM DONE Credit! It’s really easy to use. Once you have reached the checkout page, under “Payment Options” select “TM DONE Credit” to pay. If your order total exceeds the credit you have, you will just need to pay the outstanding amount.
    Your TM DONE Credit will expire after 1 year, but we’re sure you’ll use it all before then.
    TM DONE Credit is our gift to you! Unfortunately, it cannot be transferred to anyone else. However, you can order it on someone else’s behalf by adding in their address when checking out.
    Paying for your order with TM DONE Credit is much easier tho… but to answer the question, no TM DONE Credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

    Other:
    Once an order has been accepted, unfortunately it cannot be changed. However, you could place another order for the items you’d like to add.
    Looks like the restaurant you want to order from is in high demand at the moment. Due to high order numbers a restaurant/store may choose to set themselves as “Busy” on the app so that customers can get their orders within the set time limit. Check back again in a while.
    The refund process takes up-to 17 working days to get credited back into your bank account.
